Can I compress password-protected PDFs?
Password-protected PDFs cannot be processed. Remove password protection first.
Is there a page limit?

What is the difference between this and image-based PDF compression?
This tool optimises PDF structure. For PDFs consisting mainly of scanned images, image recompression would yield more reduction.
